I scoured around the internet in some depth to put together my list - some I already knew, some are happy new discoveries.
Occasional mid-morning coffee breaks might find me enjoying a quick gallop through Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's brainchild, with some great articles on health & wellbeing.
For meditations head over to Calm.com for 2-minutes or Meditainment for longer 20-minute sessions.
I'll often do one of the 20-minutes to help me drift off to sleep (and nod-off before the end).
Coffitivity is good for stopping the mind from wandering - perfect for when one needs to stay focused, as is White Noise by TM Soft - I like the desktop version (especially the 'Brown' noise) but I also imagine that the smart device versions would be great for long journeys such as train travel, in fact I will be testing this out.
And I love these lounge music compilations:
The virtual candle meditation obviously isn't as mesmerising as a real one but it's nevertheless relaxing. I've found it best if you sit 3-4 feet away from the screen so that you don't see your reflection. If using headphones you'll need a long enough cable and set on low volume, to give, somewhat, the impression of being in a relaxation pod.
